Current Positions:

Job Title: Computer Repair Technician

Work Environment: This role may require travel to client locations

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Owner

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various types of computers and operating systems.

• Upgrade computer hardware, & software.

• Replace damaged hardware parts as necessary.

• Perform upgrades to ensure systems function properly

• Test and evaluate new inventory to determine if an item should be refurbished or recycled.

• Assist with customer recycling pickups at various businesses & municipalities.

Qualifications:

• Ambitious and motivated to learn computer diagnostic and repair techniques.

• Some knowledge of computers & computer technology is desired.

• Understanding of the latest technologies and software applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

• The ability to list items for sale online.

• The ability to lift computer components, printers, and all types of electronics. (with assistance if needed)
